These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the scientificresearch.llc website (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”). This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Al Bahth Al Elmy for management consulting LLC (“we”, “us” or “our”) a company registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan under No. 200188806. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, in which case the terms “User”, “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not access and use the Website and Services. By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and us, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Website and Services.

Unless otherwise stated, access to purchased Courses is limited to 120 days from the date of purchase. After this period, access will expire automatically.

Any misuse of the Website or Courses, including but not limited to:

  • Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the Website.

may result in account suspension or termination at our sole discretion.

5.4 Purchase Cancellations

All purchases are one-time payments. Cancellation requests are treated as refunds and must comply with our Refund Policy. Once course content is accessed, no cancellations or refunds are permitted.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Website and its services. Our failure to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
